  • 1 can of beer contains about 154 calories, 0% fat and no cholesterol. It contains 14.2mg sodium, 96 mg of potassium and 1.6 g of protein.
  • 1 can of beer also contains 13g carbohydrates.
  • One portion of the beet contains 14.2 mg of calcium.
  • 12 ounce of beer contains 0.2 mg of vitamin B6.
  • A usual portion of beer includes 21.4 mg magnesium.

Once you’re aware of the beer nutrition values, you also need to double-check the serving size. A tall can of beer is the two servings – NOT one. So, you need to be aware of the serving sizes as well to help you manage beer calories you consume.

Beer is made of some healthy ingredients, such as malt, yeast, barley and hops. It is also a great source of niacin, folate, potassium and magnesium.
